Our organization relies heavily on volunteers. All board members and coaches are strictly volunteers and do not receive compensation for their service towards SYFC. We ask that each family commit to at least 6 hours during the season. Assistance is always needed in the following areas:
- Concession Stand during games
- Chain Crew during home games (Games cannot take place without a chain crew!)
- Facilities Beautification (designated days approved by Board)
- Supervision/set-up during Park-wide events
